Erika's career path started at journalism school over 10 years ago. She worked in tv and radio newsrooms, spending long days and bad hours to hone her craft as a writer. Erika took up editing and began shooting and producing her own corporate videos for a variety of organizations. She's travelled deep into Ugandan villages, Bornean rainforests, and the back allies of Kowloon to capture stories for her clients. Erika shifted into entertainment television production and became a field director for a National Geographic documentary series. For the past 2 years, Erika has been a segment producer for a Discovery Channel science program; she finds stories, field produces, writes and edits them. When not working, Erika enjoys running, landscaping, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
Erika likes to shoot wedding videos as side projects, you can view a gallery of her work HERE
